What Is Christian Productivity?

Dear steward,

Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at Redeeming Money, an amazing conference for Christian wealth advisors.

My talk was on the biblical truths that should make up the foundation for how believers in Jesus Christ think about goal setting, habits, time management, and getting things done in general.

These principles have formed the philosophy of my ministry since the beginning. I elucidate them in my book. But this week, I realized I had never written an article on the five pillars of Christian productivity!

So here it is.

“Biblical productivity is an approach to personal productivity that emphasizes the purpose and motivation behind accomplishment as taught in the Bible.”

Weekly Word

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33)

Before diving into your task list today, remember that productivity begins with proper priorities. And proper priorities start with an eternal mindset.

Words of Wisdom

“Our calling as Christians is the highest calling there is, and the idea of being productive is not the invention of capitalism; it is the mandate of Christ.”
