I really liked this trick for making you use your phone less. Basically, just challenge yourself to see how many days you can go without charging it. This makes you want to use it less to save battery.
If you’re a mac user, you’ll be happy to know a new OS upgrade is here. Nothing super exciting, but it paves the way for the M1 macs coming next year. I do like the new control center, though.
Be forewarned, there are many reports of non-native mac apps not working on Big Sur yet. I, for one, will be waiting a couple of weeks before upgrading.

There are a ton of benefits to Vitamin D—it improves your mood, fights disease, and can even help with weight loss. Well, a new study has shown that we can add improved cognitive function to the list of Vitamin D benefits.
So if you want to be a clearer thinker, consider getting more sunshine, eating more Vitamin D-rich foods, or taking a supplement. It’s really amazing how the Lord has designed our bodies, isn’t it?
Bad news if you rely on Google photos to backup your memories. Starting June 1, 2021, any photos you upload to Google Photos will count towards your overall Google storage limits. That’s the just 15 GBs which is shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Photos in the free tier. You can pay for more storage, if you want to keep them on google. But if you want to move your photos to a different service, here’s a handy guide on migrating your photos off of Google.
